As an athlete, that’s what taught me most about myself. It was more about the training and the discipline that led up to the race rather than about the race itself. Even now, looking back on that training, I think, wow, I actually did it. That was pretty cool.
In a griddle on LOW heat, pour mix, cover and let cook for about 10 minutes. Don’t try and flip it, it should cook all the way through just fine. Check for doneness, let cool, and remove from pan.
For the icing: 1/2c plain Greek yogurt 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder Tsp cinnamon stevia/honey to taste (optional)
Frost on top of the “dough,” roll up like a cinnamon roll, cut into 1 inch pieces, and top with extra cinnamon! Enjoy :)
In honor of Valentine’s Day, I flavored this mornings oats with some Hershey’s unsweetened cocoa powder, a bit of honey, stevia, and vanilla extract. Topped with strawberries and chia seed :) breakfast of champions.
I would like to dedicate this picture to bacon & cheese!

Better late than never! Wooooop! And my skin is toning up- the extra skin that I thought would be impossible to tone up. HALLELUJAH!!!
